Dr. Mary Margaret Chantre, USA MAJ (Ret.) – Senior Projects Manager & CEO
This is Dr. Mary Margaret Chantre, PMP, USA Ret MAJ.
With over 23 years of service in the U.S. Army, Dr. Chantre brings unmatched leadership, discipline, and strategic oversight to every project. A retired Army Major, she holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and has extensive expertise in cybersecurity and organizational management.
Dr. Chantre is committed to ensuring that each project is executed with precision, efficiency, and care. Her military background and professional certifications form the backbone of her structured, visionary approach to project delivery—always upholding the highest standards of excellence and professionalism.
Alan Amaya – Co-Owner & Project Superintendent
As Co-Owner and Project Superintendent of Endurance Landscaping, LLC, Alan Amaya plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site and ensuring that each project is executed with precision, accountability, and attention to detail. With a strong background in landscape construction and project coordination, Alan works closely with clients, crew members, and senior leadership to bring each vision to life—on schedule and to exact specifications.
